Critickly Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Critickly — a UK marketplace connecting real creators with service-based brands for content, exposure, and collaborations. Whether you’re a business offering an experience or a creator applying for it, these terms apply.

1. Who We Are
Critickly is a platform that connects businesses (clinics, salons, restaurants, hotels, and more) with vetted creators — including UGC creators, micro-influencers, and live presenters — for promotional content and collaborations.
We do not provide services, experiences, or payments ourselves — we only facilitate connections between Creators and Businesses.
2. For Creators
By joining Critickly or applying for opportunities, you agree to:
Provide honest and accurate information, including your name, location, niche, social links, and photos.
Show up on time and complete agreed deliverables professionally.
Give clear permission for the Business to use your content as agreed.
Grant Critickly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to share, repost, and showcase any content created or posted through Critickly for promotional, educational, or marketplace purposes.
Understand that Critickly is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services or treatments provided by the Business.
Communicate professionally and notify in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled collaboration.
Accept that repeated no-shows or breaches of trust may lead to removal from the platform.
3. For Businesses
By signing up or posting offers on Critickly, you agree to:
Treat Creators respectfully and provide clear, safe, and professional experiences.
Honor all posted offers, whether comped treatments, discounts, or paid gigs.
Use Creator content only as agreed and seek further permission for additional use.
Be fully responsible for all services, treatments, or experiences provided — Critickly accepts no liability for outcomes or any direct or indirect loss or damage.
Handle Creator data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Accept removal from the platform for any unprofessional conduct or breaches of these terms.
4. Our Role & Responsibilities
Critickly:
Connects Creators and service-based Businesses.
Promotes opportunities and may shortlist Creators on behalf of Businesses.
Does not create, edit, or manage content directly.
Is not liable for any services, treatments, or Creator performance.
May update these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for Business subscriptions or services are processed through Stripe or designated payment gateways.
All fees are non-refundable.
Critickly does not handle payments between Creators and Businesses for collaborations or services rendered.
Businesses pay Creators directly where applicable, based on agreed terms outside of Critickly’s platform.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Critickly provides a marketplace platform only.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the suitability, safety, legality, or fitness of any service, product, or experience offered through our platform.
Users engage with each other at their own risk.
Critickly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or collaborations.
7. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Businesses and Creators must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling personal data exchanged via Critickly.
8. Termination and Removal
Critickly reserves the right to suspend or remove any Business or Creator accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may terminate their own accounts at any time but remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Content Usage Rights
By using Critickly, you grant Critickly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, repost, reproduce, adapt, and share any content created or posted through Critickly or arising from collaborations arranged via Critickly. This includes use on Critickly’s website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms to promote and grow the Critickly marketplace.
Critickly will endeavour to credit Creators where possible but cannot guarantee credits in all cases.
